My brother, sister and I were ready to sell my mothers home in Point Loma. Where to begin, right? We decided on LJ Woodward, and are extremely happy we did. My sister Linda sent me an email after she had spoken to a representative with the Title company we used. The rep had asked where we had  found LJ. My sister explained to the rep that we had decided to go with LJ though a little skeptical initially with his 1% Selling fee. Then the the title company rep said that she had been doing this a long time, had worked with a lot of real estate agents, and could assure us that LJ had really worked for us. She said that many agents who get full commission aren't as thorough as he is. LJ had called her to confirm that all of the information was in order with the trust so as not to run into any issues down the line. I had a great experience with LJ and his team. I met with several agents and decided to go with LJ because of his candidness-he seemed to have a good pulse on the market and was honest with what he thought my condo could sell for. I appreciated LJ’s use of technology, using an app for  scheduling kept it very transparent with the showing appointments and offers-in a time where everything is done with tech this was a great way to coordinate seamlessly. LJ was also open to using text to communicate which worked out great while I was in meetings at work and unable to take calls. During the process Amy kept me informed and I never had to ask questions about the timeline because she had it down flawlessly.
